These Terms & Conditions apply to the Season Squad website, the Family Access Initiative, ticket promotions, email communications and related activities operated by Wonder Lane Entertainment Pty Ltd (“Wonder Lane”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing this website, joining the Family Access Initiative, purchasing tickets or participating in a Season Squad promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Season Squad

Season Squad is a live family entertainment production presented by Wonder Lane Entertainment.

We may update, amend, suspend or withdraw information, promotions, content, performance details, ticket offers or website functionality at any time where reasonably necessary.

2. Family Access Initiative

The Family Access Initiative is designed to help more families access live theatre by offering a limited number of discounted Season Squad tickets.

Joining the Family Access Initiative waitlist does not guarantee access to discounted tickets, ticket availability, a particular performance date or a ticket purchase.

Members of the Family Access Initiative may receive advance notice of ticket releases, special offers, production updates and other Season Squad news by email.

3. $20 Ticket Offer

The Family Access Initiative $20 ticket offer is subject to the following conditions:

  • A total of 1,000 discounted tickets are available across the applicable Season Squad season, unless otherwise stated.
  • Tickets are available strictly while allocations last.
  • The offer is available only to people who have joined the Family Access Initiative before the applicable offer closes, unless otherwise stated.
  • The offer may be limited to selected performances, dates, seating categories, venues or ticket allocations.
  • A maximum ticket limit per transaction, household, email address or customer may apply.
  • Ticketing provider, venue, booking, transaction, payment-processing or delivery fees may apply in addition to the advertised ticket price.
  • Discounted tickets are not redeemable for cash, cannot be resold for profit and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer, discount, promotion or group booking rate unless expressly stated.
  • Discounted tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Wonder Lane and its ticketing partners reserve the right to cancel, amend or refuse bookings that are suspected to be fraudulent, made in breach of these Terms & Conditions or made using unauthorised methods.

The $20 ticket offer may be amended, paused or withdrawn where reasonably necessary, including where allocations have been exhausted, an error has occurred, or circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the promotion.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant authorised ticketing provider and venue.

Once purchased, tickets are generally non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law or the applicable ticketing provider’s refund and exchange policy.

If a performance is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly varied, ticket holders will be contacted by the authorised ticketing provider with information about available options.

We recommend that customers check all ticket details carefully before completing a purchase, including the performance date, time, venue, ticket quantity and ticket category.

5. Performance Changes

While we will make reasonable efforts to present Season Squad as advertised, we may make changes where necessary. This may include changes to cast, creative team, music, staging, production elements, performance dates, performance times, venue arrangements or seating allocations.

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or the applicable ticketing provider’s terms.

6. Children and Supervision

Season Squad is created for families. Children attending a performance must be supervised by a responsible parent, guardian or adult at all times.

Venue age recommendations, ticketing requirements and conditions of entry may vary. Please check the relevant venue and ticketing-provider information before purchasing tickets.

7. Marketing Communications

By joining the Family Access Initiative or submitting your details through the Season Squad website, you consent to receive marketing communications from Wonder Lane Entertainment about Season Squad, ticket offers, performances, events, promotions and related entertainment news.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, artwork, photography, video, music, audio, graphics, logos, branding, character names, designs and other materials relating to Season Squad, is owned by or licensed to Wonder Lane Entertainment Pty Ltd.

You may view and share website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

This website may include links to third-party websites, ticketing providers, venues, social-media platforms or other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Lane Entertainment Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, participation in a promotion, or attendance at a Season Squad performance.

11. Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
